5 Withdrawal Rules

Your account must be verified before you can make withdrawals on 885h. The key withdrawal requirements are:

Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is fully cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a match is not completed within the scheduled time, the outcome will be determined at 885h's discretion.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, the last confirmed bet will stand.

Incorrect Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and a bet is placed at those odds, 885h reserves the right to void that bet.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 885h:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Creating an account under a false identity
• Deliberately withholding information to obtain a bonus
• Automated betting using software or bots
• Accessing or attempting to hack another member's account
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Placing bets using insider information
• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event

9 Account Closure & Suspension

885h may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Terms & Conditions Violation
• Evidence of fraud or deceptive activity
• Suspected Money Laundering
• At Member's Request (Self-Exclusion)
• Long-Term Inactive Account

If you wish to close your account yourself

To close your account voluntarily, contact the 885h support team via email or live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.
